Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Deadline: Tickets must be booked and paid for before the booking deadline specified for each event. We do not accept bookings or payments after the specified deadline has passed.

2. No Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to changes in schedule, personal reasons, or event cancellation.

3. Ticket Validity: Tickets are only valid for the event specified at the time of purchase. They cannot be used for any other event or transferred to another individual without prior authorisation from the organisers.

4. Event Entry: Admission to all public events is contingent upon presenting a valid ticket along with the corresponding QR code at the entrance. Failure to present both may result in denial of entry.

5. Booking Errors: In the event of a booking error resulting in multiple transactions being processed for the same event, we will issue site credit equivalent to the excess amount charged. This credit can be used for future bookings with us and is non-transferable.

6. Event Cancellation: In the rare event that the scheduled event is cancelled or postponed, ticket holders will be notified via email or other contact methods provided at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule the event. However, refunds will not be issued unless explicitly stated by the organisers.

7. Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place and treat them like cash.

8. Unauthorised Resale: Tickets purchased through unauthorised channels or third-party vendors may be counterfeit and will not be honoured. We strongly advise against purchasing tickets from any source other than official channels.

9. Event Entry: Admission to the event is subject to compliance with all venue rules and regulations, as well as any additional terms and conditions specified by the organisers. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises without refund.

10. Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any updates or amendments will be posted on our official website or communicated directly to ticket holders.
